Yanks Go Yard Radio Show Rewind: Yankees-Blue Jays Series Preview (4/12-4/14)
On last night’s episode, we looked ahead to the Yankees’ next series at the Rogers Centre against the Blue Jays
On last night’s episode of the Yanks Go Yard Radio Show, I gave my takeaway from the New York Yankees (3-2) splitting their two game series against the Detroit Tigers since Sunday night’s game was postponed due to inclement weather. Plus, I gave my reaction to the Yankees bringing back Nick Swisher on a minor league contract.

The Bronx Bombers now are in Toronto to begin a three game series tonight against the reigning AL East champions, the Toronto Blue Jays (3-4) at the Rogers Centre. Toronto comes into this game having lost four of its last five games.
So far, the story of the Blue Jays has been the great start for the reigning AL MVP, Josh Donaldson. Donaldson, who has been battling a strained calf but is back at third base tonight, is hitting .310 with four home runs and nine RBI’s. However, the Blue Jays as a team have only hit nine homers through the first seven games.
