The Yankees have signed DJ LeMahieu. It’s OK to freak out.

Luke Voit doesn’t have to stare at his printer wistfully anymore. The Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers are no longer lurking. DJ LeMahieu will be a member of the New York Yankees for the next six seasons, and Adam Weinrib and Thomas Carannante recorded an emergency Yankees podcast about it.

It’s fine to cry if you want to.
