Starting Tuesday, these teams will face off in a three-game set just prior to a weekend Yankees-Red Sox series, and they’re currently situated in very different places. KC just took two-of-three from Boston over the weekend, looking relatively great while doing so. The Yanks? 5-1 week, sweep in Buffalo, and a series win against an Oakland team with the best record in the AL.
