Yankees sluggers Gary Sanchez and Luke Voit join Aaron Judge with monster home runs on Sunday.

We’ll talk about Jordan Montgomery‘s gem a little later, but we have a home run party to attend on Sunday night.

First, it was Aaron Judge who took the Mets deep to give the New York Yankees a 1-0 lead in the first. It took a few innings for the Bombers to generate some more runs, but the long ball returned.

Gary Sanchez absolutely tattooed a blast into the upper deck in left field, making that Corey Oswalt’s second home run surrendered on the evening.

What a time to be giving an injury report! That was the best ball we’ve seen come off El Gary’s bat in quite a while. He cranked that one into the second deck to put the Yanks up 2-0.

But look out! Here comes Luke Voit taking a hanger deep to center. My goodness, this guy’s strength is unbelievable. Can we get another one-handed bench press video to follow this up?

That’s 3-0 Yankees. And it all came full circle a few batters later. Judge stepped back into the batter’s box and added to Drew Smith’s miserable night.

This two-run blast made it 5-0 and the Mets promptly removed the right-hander.

That’s almost in the exact same spot as the first one. We’re still not going to forget about that troubling stiff neck, but Yankees fans have to be thrilled after Judge was held out last weekend and earlier this week on top of not being in Saturday night’s lineup. Looks like those few extra days of rest have worked wonders.

After all, how much time does Judge really need to get back up to speed? This guy has hit 110 home runs in his first 396 career games — it’s simply a matter of when he’s going to get hot and start blowing the lid off games.

Let’s see some of this on Opening Night.

Oh, sorry guys! This just happened too.

Good night!
