Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez is celebrating Father’s Day.

Yankees superstar Alex Rodriguez has lived out his dream in so many ways — from humble beginnings to MLB stardom, and even in his personal life.

As a young Seattle Mariner, A-Rod expressed his desire to someday date his dream girl Jennifer Lopez, a recent Fly Girl and emerging music superstar.

In 2019, he got his wish completed, as the pair was engaged, and agreed to join their respective families together.

And while the two still wait to be married (damn you, pandemic!), Rodriguez sent an adorable Father’s Day message to all the children in his life, including Lopez’s.

This big, new family includes Rodriguez’s daughters Natasha (15) and Ella (12), as well as Lopez’s children from a previous marriage to Marc Anthony, her twins Emme and Max.

Lopez reciprocated with similar wishes later in the afternoon.

Very cute! Cute all around! Unfortunately, the ex-Yankees star still has a powerful enemy in Jose Canseco, who got his shots in.

No days off for that man, eh?

During a wild time like the present, the only true reward is being able to spend extra time with your family, a brief escape from the daily rigors that so often draw us apart. Rodriguez and Lopez had spent plenty of time bonding within their family walls in recent weeks, and the Yankees superstar is surely feeling extra proud of his clan these days (and plus, who can forget Emme’s performance at the Super Bowl with her mom?!).

Rodriguez and Lopez’s relationship has evolved so much over the years on the public stage. In 1999, Lopez gave A-Rod the below signed photo, celebrity to celebrity. And 18 years later, they were finally together. An absolute whirlwind.

It seems like Rodriguez has dreamed of this union for quite a long time, and he’s really relishing bringing his two daughters together with the twins to create the super family he’s now able to celebrate today.

We’re sending happy Father’s Day wishes to all — even if you can’t be with your dad today, take some time to dedicate the idea of a catch in his honor.
