In order for the Yankees to come out victorious Michael Pineda must give them at least five solid innings. This will not only help the Yankees secure a win, but will shed light onto the foreseeable future for Pineda and this season.

Another key for the Yankees is to keep the ball low in the zone. The O’s lineup is filled with line drive hitters, and they love to jump on fastballs. The Yankees can use a power lift from the heart of the order. It’s important for them to drive in the top of the order.
