Saturday night was Splitsville for the Baby Bombers. Two wins and two losses highlighted Saturday’s match ups on the farm. Here’s the recap of the day’s games in today’s Minor League Roundup.

TRIPLE A

Scranton/Wilkes-Barres RailRiders (20-21) lost to the Pawtucket Red Sox (25-19) 6-3.

It’s never fun to lose to the Red Sox on any level and this one hurt. Brian Gordon went 6.1 innings allowing four runs while striking out six and walking one. The RailRiders had their chances but three double plays ended several rallies. DH Jose Pirela provided most of the offense going 3-3 with his third home run of the year and two RBI. Dean Anna connected on his first blast of the season as well.

BOX SCORE
