Yankees win: Usually I will do a recap for each game, however, not for Spring Training. The Yankees went to Disney and beat the Atlanta Braves 8-3. Robinson Cano and Zoilo Almonte each homered. Austin Romine had a two run single of his own and Francisco Cervelli caught a runner stealing. David Phelps pitched two scoreless in the start. I have a feeling he’ll be there every fifth day for the Yankees this year.

Jeter runs: Derek Jeter did on-field running and agility deals for the first time since he broke his ankle. It’s a step in the right direction. However, don’t expect him in a Spring Training game until some point next month.

Ring For Sale: According to the Daily News, Alex Rodriguez‘s 2009 World Series ring is going up for sale tomorrow. He gave the ring to his infamous cousin Yuri Sucart. Apparently, the ring can be sold for as much as $40,000.

MLB The Show: If you play MLB The Show (Like I Do) the team ratings leaked yesterday. The Yankees are 11th overall, 11th in hitting, sixth in pitching and first in defense.

Game Two: Today, the Yankees take on the Toronto Blue Jays in their first home Spring Training Game. Here’s the lineup.
