A- Tampa Yankees

Tampa had three games rained out and played two doubleheaders. Rough week.  Tampa sits five games out of the division.

Hitter of the Week- Dustin Fowler

All the guy does is rake. Fowler had a couple multi-hit games this week. In 29 games, he’s hitting .304, although he has just three extra base hits since joining Tampa.

Runner Up- Dante Bichette

Bichette has had a miserable season, putting up just one homer in 87 games and hitting .220. Bichette did get two multi-hit games this week and is hitting .250 in his last 10 games.

Pitcher Of The Week- Dietrich Enns

Enns got called up from the Gulf  Coast League and has been nothing but nails. Enns pitched four innings and struck out seven while giving up two hits. He has a 0.39 ERA in six games between the two levels.

Runner Up- Giovanny Gallegos

Gallegos picked up Tampa’s other win this week with 2.2 innings of shutout relief striking out three and giving up two hits. He’s 3-1 with a 1.21 ERA out of Tampa’s bullpen this year.
