GCL 1 only managed one win this week. Their record now stands at 6-12.

Chris Gittens has been hot for the team though and could move up shortly. The first baseman got six hits, drove in three. He’s hitting .346 so far.  Anderson Severino threw 10 shutout innings, only giving up four hits, but he walked seven.

GCL 2 went 3-2 this week and are just one game back in the division.

20th round pick Isiah Gilliam has gotten a hit in every game he’s played at the level so far, which he started this week. On the mound,  Cory Jordan struck out four in three shut out innings out of the bullpen
