Jose Canseco’s Finger Falls Off After Being Reattached
By Matt Mirro
You honestly can’t make this stuff up. A few weeks after former Yankee Jose Canseco shot off his finger while cleaning his gun at his home in Las Vegas, some new information has popped up. According to Canseco’s Twitter, his reattached finger fell off (Yep, this is a real thing) during a poker tournament. Canseco himself was kind enough to report the news himself.
Canseco owns one of the most interesting Twitter accounts out there and he kept us updated on this little incident. He’s famous for his misadventures including an incident with a traffic stop and a few chickens and spending an hour or so Tweeting about his ideas about asteroids and how they could help Earth rule the universe (Yes… I’m 100% serious… I couldn’t even make this up if I tried). Canseco of course was a superstar slugger back in the day and became one of the biggest faces and one of the biggest whistle blowers of the Steroid Era.
We’d like to wish the former MVP and two-time World Series Champion a quick recovery. I once again recommend you check out his Twitter account because it’s pretty hysterical. Hopefully, his hand will heal up nicely and he can go back to entertaining us with his theories and misadventures. Take care Jose!
