As a new week begins and we have 21 days until opening day, let’s take a look at some news and notes around Yankees camp.

Winner Winner: Hey how bout that!?!?!!? The Yankees won. They beat the Toronto Blue Jays 3-0 in Dunedin yesterday. Juan Rivera turned back the clock, getting three hits and driving in all three runs with a double. David Phelps lowered his spring era to .64. He pitched another five shutout innings. He’s going to be very hard to keep out of the rotation to start the season.

Injury Update: Boone Logan threw a bullpen and didn’t have any issues. Derek Jeter will DH again today and could play in the field Wednesday night. Mariano Rivera could also pitch in the game Wednesday night.

CC: CC Sabathia pitched in a simulated game and threw four innings. His first start will be Friday.

Game Preview: The Yankees will take on the St. Louis Cardinals at 1:05. The game will be on YES and ESPN. Hiroki Kuroda will get the start. Could this be the top three in the lineup opening day? Here’s the lineup:
