@jkra0512_SK Couldn’t agree more, and listening to his press conference afterward, I wanted to tear my hair out. As soon as they started the inning with Eppley I knew there were going to be issues. I mentioned it before, if Robertson wasn’t ready to pitch two or even three days in a row, then they should have let him get to that point in the minors. At the time they brought him off the DL he was actually not needed.

Not very often you see the bullpen blow one, but Girardi needs to stop this nonsense of using lesser bullpen arms in a key situations. Binder Joe should have just put Robertson in and called it a night and stop trying to be so cute. Eppley and Rapada shouldn’t be seeing the ninth inning unless it’s from the bullpen chairs or with the team leading by seven runs. Girardi gave away that win…
