After a disappointing loss for the Yankees Sunday night in the Bronx, they return home to start a six game homestand. The first series will be against the Los Angeles Angels (63-42). The Angels are only 1.5 GB of the Rangers in the AL West. The Yankees have a comfortable seven game lead on Los Angeles in the Wild Card, so winning one of these games should keep that lead there. New York took 2 of 3 from the Angels back in June, so we will see what happens on the East Coast.
